It is user friendly but very clunkie. I just wish there was a better way to view the billing screens
Cons:
you cannot read the billing screen. Nothing correlates to the date of service as a Medical EMR does

Pros:
easy to navigate, multiple functions, change the color of different providers and scheduling is easy
Cons:
The software freezes a lot. There is not much about dentrix enterprise that I dislike. the ease of the program is great.

Quality and easy to use product allows for a high level interface in a dental office. trainings on the programs are offered and highly used
Cons:
The buttons are close together and are not always intuitive. Once you get the hang of what is what.. you are golden

We love the options to bundle services and the services just keep improving in their features offered.
Pros:
So many features not even sure we use to full capacity yet. Helpful customer service when you get a knowledgeable person. Sales reps have excellent response time, etc.
Cons:
Since Covid customer service wait times are way to long.
