> **Cons**: system upgrades, stalled orders, no reporting capabilities, slow response from app, etc.

> we have been contracted for 4ish years,  they system is clunky and slow.  getting an update done interrupts our business and trying to implement any new change, takes years to add improvements that end up failing, would not recommend
