> **Cons**: Software has sometimes been incompatible when need to integrate with other software providers. 
Perhaps it needs an upgrade to be compatible with latest software.
Is Argos likely to move to a cloud based platform?

Customer service has been fantastic. I am new to the industry so this has been very important to me. When I have needed help with various errors I have made its reassuring to know help is available.

> **Cons**: Menu access, the way to search is very specific so you need to use the software a bit to try and work out its logic.  Reports need to be ran at a set time and cannot be accurately retrospectively ran.  I wonder if it can do more that we are not aware off.

> Great for PPSR, tracking of rental contracts, and leased asset depreciation.   The support is great but the software is a bit clunky.

Cheaper than most financial software system.

Have to click different boxes or go through a few process to obtain information - in that sense not terribly user friendly
Not enough fields to input necessary information.

> We are trying to fix a couple of issues to enable the system to work better for us.  This is currently in the pipeline.
Would be good if Argos System could upgrade to something that is easy to use (eg. like Xero).
