Really happy with the product. It is the centre of our systems architecture.
Pros:
The team behind the product are great to work with.
Cons:
The POS is really easy to use but there is a lot of learning to properly leverage the back office.

"More than a year of implementation for nothing"

After more than a year of trying to implement never got to this point. Customer service is based on Ireland... Can't get help when needed. Major delays and lag in communications. Over promised and terribly under delivered.
Pros:
Attractive visual graphics - might be promising for a very small boutique shop without customizable items.
