The AI chat or escalating to an operator for resolution of bugs and issues is very smooth. They needed to check something, canceled the onboarding, and I had to email several times only to be told they didn’t know yet if they could help us, but we should wait while they chased it up. No problem—months wasted—and we never even received a phone call with an update. This all started in July. Now we’re in December, and they’ve gone completely silent. No replies to emails. But, and this is where it gets interesting, they’re still charging us every month, despite clearly not delivering the service and despite being explicitly asked to cancel the subscription and refund us. Multifuctional products are put to use, our booking system and client data base is really easy to use and we are still dicovering more options and playing around with it.
