> **Pros**: Xorosoft ERP system is very user friendly ERP software with all the functionalities including inbuilt Warehouse management system, accounting ' other regular ERP functions. The modules are easy to use and self explanatory. We are using the Manufacturing module as well and we can track how much raw material consumed, how much is the production and how much it costs to make one piece in real time and right away. We do inter company transfers on daily bases and it is very easy to track and execute them using Transfer Sales orders ' Transfer Purchase orders. This system has both ERP ' WMS in one system so more value for money as we do not have to buy 2 systems. Our employees who have basic knowledge of computers are able to use this with ease.

> **Pros**: The biggest thing I like is the workflow and fluid of information. Sales has complete visibility to inventory, Purchases orders and ETA's for in-transit goods. Operations has visibility to Sales order demands, Sales order estimates and all the analytical information from Sales history by sku, to inventory planning and inventory replenishment settings. The Short inventory planner is extremely useful.
Being able to extract or export data from any module is very easy to do.

> **Cons**: The communication on release notes and version updates. Xorosoft constantly improves, and enhances a lot of their system, however the communication regarding these enhancements do not exist.  Their Knowledge base is not complete and it is difficult to find certain documents on the how to's or what does this mean/do.
They are improving, but you can see their focus is on the ERP and Customer satisfaction. Once they get caught up on their knowledge base articles and release notes, It will be hard to find something that I least like.

> The ERP is so easy to used and learn.  We chose this ERP as it was very dynamic and flexible and that it could do everything we need it to do and more. They are constantly improving their system, and it just gets better and better. The ability to integrate with Shopify, Stripe, Ship station and many others almost makes it like a limitless ERP to connect to other applications. Having the ERP in the cloud saves us a lot of IT costs as well as we can work anywhere there is an internet connection. This is extremely helpful given the current Pandemic. Their build in ticket system is something I have never experienced before in a ERP system. This feature stands out from the rest.

> **Pros**: My favorite thing about Xoro is how many things you can do with it.  It is crazy how many things that are integrated into it, basically anything you want\!  It is amazing.
