### "Lack of true analytical functionality" — 3.0/5

> **Pros**: Ability for users to vote on their favorite piece of feedback. It is a great functionality, but doesn't provide a lot of value for driving actionable outcomes.
> 
> **Cons**: The reporting functionality is juvenile at best, as it focuses just at a manager level. While this is important for individual managers, there is a true lack of being able to do deep analysis across a team, department, or organization. You literally have to do it all in a spreadsheet and request the reports from the company vs them being available directly on the platform.

There is a functionality of most commons phrases, but we've found it not to actually be aligned to the true themes of our employees engagement.

> The customer support person we have is very responsive. Unfortunately, the functionality of the platform falls flat and leaving us to wishing we had chose another vendor.
