> **Pros**: 情報のアウトプットに際し、自由に必要項目の加除や並び替え等ができ、アウトプットが容易、かつ、見やすい点です。難しいインターフェースは社内導入・運用の妨げになり兼ねませんが、その心配はなかったです。また、自由にインターフェースを操作できるだけでなく、定型のフォーマットも予め準備されているため、一からインターフェースを作りこむ必要がなく、時間を短縮して導入することができました。

> **Cons**: 報告書フォーマットをユーザー側でカスタマイズできない点です。（有償でメーカーに依頼するこことはできます。）ある程度のところまでは、ユーザー側でカスタマイズできるようになっていると更によいかと思います。

> **Pros**: 導入目的は携帯性と作業報告書のクラウド管理が容易に行える事が決め手となり使用後もいい感触があります。しかし、最も良い点は導入後のサポートでした。運用の相談から不具合対応等担当の方が親身になって対応してくれておりとても好感が持てます。&#10;今後ともよろしくお願いいたします。

> **Cons**: 今まで複写用紙での作業報告書を使用していたことから一部のメンバーより（パソコン使用が不得手の方）より苦手意識からの声が上がります。主に履歴の閲覧やリスト表示等のパソコン上での操作が必要とする項目です。個人的には不満点はありません。

> ①作業報告書が紙→電子となった事による管理面での改善と環境面に配慮した活動が可能となった。&#10;②対応履歴、保守契約等の今まで別のアプリおよびエクセルで管理していた内容を集約できた。
