Comments: It is an excellent CMMS for Facility Management Services and every Maintenance Management System. It makes your job easier.

Very easy and intuitive to use and administrate. Mobile use by technicians' cellphones. Great and constant support by Fracttal.
Cons:
It could include planned and on-demand services for Soft Facility Management such as cleaning , gardening, housekeeping. This sort of Service Orders don't get accumulated.

There is a lack of integration with the SAP platform for the warehouse, at least in the organization to which I belong.
