> **Pros**: This has  to be one of the best LMS platforms out there\! The interface is extremely easy to use AND intuitive. There is also a library of courses that are immediately available so you start conducting trainings as early as the same day\! The library has preloaded courses like Excel 101, Conflict Resolution and even OSHA trainings. All you need to do is add your students to the trainings (individually or bulk upload) and get started. If you're interested in creating custom courses, the drag and drop feature makes it simple to do so in half the time if would take you with any other LMS.

> **Cons**: Nothing I can think of at the moment. I've encountered issues with other LMS platforms, especially during the initial setup but so far everything has been running smoothly.

> A huge plus is that you have access to the course library during your trial period so you can start seeing the benefits of the system after the first use. This LMS is a must have for any organization looking to transform their online training programs\!
