> Have used this service multiple times and nary run into a problem. The user interface is friendly, and purchasing is made very easy. Usually, I scan my tickets at the events and have not run into any problems yet, however, I think my favorite feature is the print at home feature, because it provides a domain of extra security in ensuring I always have my tickets on hand. It should be noted however, that I once had an issue in regards to receiving my tickets, and customer service took ages to get back. But this was resolved in the fact that when they did my issue was solved instantly. Overall, would recommend.
