> **Pros**: Honestly, nothing much to like. The only “good” part is how quickly they deduct money without notice — faster than their delivery speed. Even technical glitches seem to work more efficiently than their support team.

> **Cons**: Repeated unauthorised deductions, false Fastrr charges, and very poor customer support. Totally unethical and frustrating. No response on RTO or Refund etc.

> Extremely disappointing experience. Shiprocket deducted money from my wallet without any reason and failed to resolve the issue even after multiple complaints. Their support team keeps giving scripted replies and delays refunds. This feels like unfair billing and misuse of seller trust. I’ve completely lost confidence in the platform.

> **Cons**: See AWB No. 14326542626492 where courier had raised weight dispute and I had submitted all packaging pics to prove correctness of my applied weight and volume.
Nobody at Shiprocket ever sees those pictures and in this case also they simply ignored how the courier has turned my 9 kg weight into 13 kg. This is how Shiprocket has been stealing from me through many many months.
