The software is quite intuitive, but there's always someone to help us if we get stuck. The training is excellent and comprehensive. We have switched our EDMs from MailChimp to Vega, which is even easier to set up and we can keep all of our customers in one place. It is also excellent for our memberships. It is full of little irritations, such as the cursor not automatically being in the field which has to be typed in, reports not fitting on the page properly leading to a waste of paper, it is not particularly easy to generate reports and is full of funny little bugs which are annoying. Additionally, the feature allowing you to import transactions from Xero is great - except that it hardly ever recognises repeat names. I have about 25 contacts who donate via automatic bank payment every month, but every month I have to re-enter their details to match them with their donation.
