An efficient tool for creating forms and documents.

Comments: It has been a fruitful experience using Jotform for us. It provides us with one single tool for creating all our forms. It makes it easy to create forms for collecting customer details and feedback during sales.

Pros:

Jotform allows us to create any kind of form that we need without any restrictions. Creating forms is very easy and there are templates which guides us through it. Easy integration with our customer engagement product help us create survey and polling forms to collect customer feedback. It allows us to create beautiful forms by styling them.

Cons:

There has never been an issue in our experience with Jotform. All things works good and there is nothing not to like.

Jotform simplifies everything

Comments: Customer support is generally very good. It sometimes depends on the person answering, and I sometimes get different answers from different people. But, they get back to me quickly and with good information. It's a complex program, does what I need, and help is available when things go wrong.

Pros:

I run a scholarship program using JotForm. We have a long application that is simple for students to complete. I share the results with 60 scholarship providers. Each one receives a different set of applications. All of this is simple to do.

Cons:

When creating reports, fields appear in the order they were created, not the order they are listed on the application. This means it takes more time to find the fields I want to include.

Alternatives Considered: Google Forms

Reasons for Choosing Jotform: It was not Adobe Sign, but rather Adobe forms, not listed as an option. Adobe discontinued the product.

Switched From: Adobe Acrobat Sign

Reasons for Switching to Jotform: Jotforms has a much more powerful reporting system.

Zero Decent Customer Service and Jotform forms are not working

Pros:

the forms were helpful for our line of business

Cons:

customer service is all automatic response without even looking at the problem writing about. can't solve major issues with the forms

If you use BigCommerce/Shopify, this product is amazing

Comments: Amazing. For the price, which is low compared to how much it is used, its been well worth its cost and more.

Pros:

It was super easy to create a form with rules and automation, and then embed into our website. It's kind of ridiculous the amount of control you have in Jotform, and our ability to then import this into Netsuite is just icing on the cake (we email submitted forms to our CMS portion of Netsuite).

Cons:

I really don't have a negative at the moment.

Alternatives Considered: BigCommerce and Shopify

Reasons for Switching to Jotform: The built inapplications for both BigCommerce and Shopify work, but you have EXTREME limitation. We needed more customization and rules, especially as this will be used by a customer submitting things like cases/questions/returns.

Lifesaver and Easy

Comments: Cannot live without it! I literally use everyday!

Pros:

I like the functionality and ease in customization.

Cons:

If I forget to connect to Google Drive, when I do, I wish we could sync all data not just from when it was connected and going forward (I know there is the option to sync all data when connecting Google Sheets).

Alternatives Considered: Typeform

Reasons for Choosing Jotform: I just liked the functionality better in JotForm. At the time with typeform it was setting up each field as a separate question was annoying to me.

Switched From: Typeform

Reasons for Switching to Jotform: Ease of setting up and customizing. I love the ease and ability to choose what is connected to the Google Sheet and Google Drive and all the capability it has for integration and customization.
