Mo provide many type or awards and customized award that we can gifting to employees for all their achievement. Mo also make a better connection and interaction between manager and people under them.
Cons:
Mo is a user-friendly platform that focus on employees recognition and it help us to boost workers motivation with all the reward.

Comments: Excellent employees recognition platform that allow me and my colleagues to exchange points for any events and occurrences like birthday or promotions. It has bonded us to create a positive workplace atmosphere.
Pros:
Mo elevating manager to peer engagement and connection by providing features that help manager to evaluate worker performance and rewarding the top-performance worker with points and incentives. I like that the reward catalog has e-gift that I want to redeem in near future.
Cons:
Expiring points that we can give to co-worker. We need to distribute the point every months and they will get replenish every month but the points can't be accumulated.

Mo makes employees recognition and rewarding process easy as they helped manager to analyzed worker performance based on several criteria. High-performance worker will be rewarded and incentivized and they can redeem it from the award catalogue.

No dislike. Mo is the best platform that I have use to recognize worker high performance.

Comments: My overall experience with Mo has been great and always pleasant. It keep my good connection with colleagues and manager in workplace.
Pros:
Mo is morale booster on our workplace and gives me and my peers platform which we can appreciate and recognize each others success as individual or as a team. Manager will get notification for their team members special day like work anniversary or if they have some success in work.
Cons:
Mo used to have limited selection for the reward that we can choose, but they have add more selection and type of reward that we can redeem.
