Very seldom are there any issues but if one shall arise, they are quick to answer the phone and help in anyway possible. Let’s be honest, every pos company is going to have issues. The POS can be customized to meet needs of each restaurant in their own individual ways.they are quick to make changes and updates on the advice of their consumers as well. You absolutely can not go wrong with a support system that is available 24/7 when you work in the service industry\!\! > > **Cons**: The recent change of cash sales only showing up for the cashier seems to leave out those restaurants (including us) whose servers do not use personal banks.
