We are very pleased with the functionality and tech support has been amazing\!\! I've been using software to manage my life and businesses since 1986 and I have never received better support\! The team is prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and has been quick to make minor mods and have done so at no extra charge even when I offered to pay extra. Easy.Auction was only $67 a month - and we needed it for only one month. 2) The learning curve was very fast - both for me and the users. 3) The support was fabulously fast - most times within a few hours. In any case, they have gone far beyond what I expected from them from customizing not only the functionality of my site but also working tirelessly with PayPal getting my payment and auto commission schedules customized to fit my particular needs.
