Software that helps manage business processes effectively

4.0 last month New

Comments: As compared to less adaptable and progressive platforms like Oracle's, on which it is less pleasant to operate due to a lack of room for improvement in the application, Microsoft's is a clear winner. Oracle is a fantastic business, but their products are not cheap.

Pros:

As an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, Dynamics 365 is highly effective. It provides great value by facilitating communication between departments inside the company. It'll log all of your purchases and stock levels. When compared to specialized apps/platforms, it offers superior analysis and security.

Cons:

Sometimes, help desk employees need supervision since they lack the background knowledge to answer all of their customers' questions. They require training to improve how they deal with problems.

An effecient but non-user friendly CRM

3.0 2 months ago New

Comments: We got it only because we had microsoft licenses and the cost was relatively less than other CRMS

Pros:

Not much to be honest. Would not have liked to make the switch if it wasn't made essential by the boss

Cons:

The interface is not user friendly at all. Plus setting up workflows is a pain because of the UI and some aspects are unnecessarily complicated

Comments: Generally speaking, Microsoft Elements 365 is a strong stage that offers many highlights and capacities. While it may not be the best fit for each business, it tends to be an extraordinary answer for organizations hoping to combine their business processes, further develop efficiency, and scale their tasks. Nonetheless, organizations ought to know about the possible downsides, like the intricacy of the stage, cost, and restricted outsider mixes, prior to settling on a choice.

Worth it with 365 Wide range of features suited for your business needs.

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: Overall, Dynamics 365 has all the features and most important thing is that we can customized the system to fit to our desired structure for our business.

Pros:

What I like most is that it enables us to customize the system to fit as per our specific business needs.

Cons:

Complexity of the system can be a bit overwhelming and time-consuming that ends up recruiting additional team to our organization just to focus more on ERP side.
