During the final stages of my preparation, I joined a mentorship program where about 10 students attended classes through Zoom. Our mentor would ask questions directly during the sessions, and it felt very similar to being in a real classroom. Knowing that my teacher could see me and might call on me at any time pushed me to prepare better. I would often stay up late studying because I wanted to be ready to answer questions in front of the whole class. I honestly feel that without Zoom and the direct interaction with my mentor and classmates, I might not have been as motivated or disciplined in my preparation. Zoom also played a role in helping me get my current job. My interview for a hospital position was conducted through Zoom, and I was selected for the role. Because of that, I have very positive memories associated with the platform. In addition to work and education, I also participate in social work projects in my home country, India. Whenever our team needs to discuss projects or organize activities, Zoom is usually our first choice because it allows everyone to connect easily from different locations.
