> **Pros**: This website is very simple- you can easily figure out exactly what you need to do. My company uses this for tracking time off and putting in different requests. It is easy for the person who is approving the requests because you receive an email every time.  You can also see all the approved requests.

> **Cons**: Worst customer service ever. Don't even expect a response back. If you decide to not take that day off anymore there is no way to go back and delete it.

> **Cons**: The employees can't cancel requests once approved by manager.  I just wish they could cancel their requests before the 1st day of the request is the current date.
