> **Pros**: As the administrator and process designer, configuration of process flows was very simple, even for complicated processes with multiple routes and feedback loops.  Configuration of data was also easy to set up and change.  Having the flexibility to tweak existing processes and design new ones without the need for development or vendor support is what sold it.  The robustness of the design meant we only needed minimal customization, which SmartFlo delivered quickly, flawlessly, and inexpensively.  End user support is a breeze and almost non-existent.  The GUI is simple and clean and users consistently loved it.

> **Cons**: I honestly can't say anything negative about it.  The consistent positive user feedback speaks for itself.

> SmartFlo won the RFP by a significant margin.  Other vendors showed us their process flows in the demo, but SmartFlo showed us OUR process flows.  They provided top-notch service during the implementation, met every deadline, and always communicated.

The SmartFlo team was excellent, responding quickly to inquiries and issues. We were able to execute on a full integration as well as build out several complex business flows in a very short period of time, coming in on budget and time within our overall project plan.
