> We have been using Ribyt for over 6 months now and it keeps getting better. One of the biggest challenges we face is having huge invite lists. Before Ribyt, our team was tracking each of those responses manually, and some other companies charge by the number of invitees, which would be a big waste of money. Ribyt solved this by allowing us to invite thousands of people at once and automatically track RSVPs in real time with no manual work from our team. It also allows us to limit the number of attendees if we need to.

> My firm plans and produces large-scale, high-profile events so we need up-to-the-minute information when we're managing guests. Everything we need to know at our fingertips in Ribyt, and it's all the latest information since it's cloud-hosted. It's also part of the gig that we deal with big changes, often at the 11th hour, and we need to move quickly in reacting to those changes and making sure our guests don't suffer because of it. I can change venue or time information and communicate with guests right in the tool, which saves a lot of confusion. It keeps us on top of our game and in even better control of our events.
