Alternatives Considered:

I would recommend CASEpeer to any personal injury firm

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: Our firm has had a really good experience with CASEpeer. Anytime that we have needed training they have been quick to set up a time. There have been a few times where I have needed customer support, trying to do some thing out of the ordinary and they have been really quick to respond.

Pros:

We have made CASEpeer an integral part to our personal injury law practice. It is the client file. We also use it to track our marketing efforts, our staff productivity, and our contingency fees.

Cons:

I think the only thing that was difficult about casepeer, was making sure that our entire team was all on the same page about the case stages. That was probably more on our end than anything that case Pierre could have done differently.

Comments: Exceptional. CASEpeer has made my entire practice more efficient and has saved me countless hours of time and staff costs over the years.

Pros:

CASEpeer is designed specifically for Personal Injury practice and each feature is put together with best practices in mind.

Cons:

My only problem is that I would love to be able to assign tasks to individual users directly from the mail center when I review new documents.

CP review

Comments: Organizing cases, keeping track of what is going on with each file.

Pros:

The task, calendar and note features are what we mainly use.

Cons:

Most clients need repeated instructions on how to sign up to the portal. A simple note explaining what to do would help. Chart Squad feature does not seem to work. We are not using most of the features - like, organizing the documents, seems a bit confusing.

Solution Law CasePeer Review

Pros:

I enjoy the organization and how easy it is to find what you need. I also enjoy the constant seminars to learn new methods of using the system.

Cons:

I do not enjoy having to choose each picture to delete and once deleted the page refreshes and starts at the top again.

LOVE Casepeer

5.0 9 months ago

Pros:

I love this program so much I pushed it on my new firm. The ease of use is what gets me. The layout makes so much sense, and its user friendly.

Cons:

I wish we could add or take away case status. The settlement tab needs some work too. You should be able to see who has a lien on the settlement tab within the medical provider tab. We would also like to be able to call providers or at least be able to click on them from the settlement tab.

Easy to Use & Adapt.

5.0 9 months ago

Comments: Easy to use. And if you are a bit curious and have the courage to get into it, you can learn some features and self teach. It is that easy to use.

Pros:

User friendly. Very good for time keeping time tracking. They though of everything and intergraded it into the application.

Cons:

As a result of trying to intergrade all the angles of work or in other word because the put A to Z in to the platform, some of the functions need more attention to make it more useful and practical.

Casepeer Feedback

5.0 9 months ago

Comments: Amazing! I really like it compared to previous platforms I have used.

Pros:

I really like how it is very user-friendly. I think it is easy to navigate when being a first-time user. I also love how you can link something to the file through email.

Cons:

The documents being all scattered and having to really comb through it when looking for something can get tedious. And that you cant edit notes.

Pros:

Casepeer

Comments: I am very happy with Casepeer. Casepeer is great for calendaring, getting documents signed and contacting clients via text.

Pros:

My favorite thing about Casepeer was the litigation tab and the calendaring. Every county has different court rules and the Casepeer was always accurate with the deadlines and different protocols the different courts have.

Cons:

The view of the calendar is not always clear especially when having a lot of events in one day, however when linked to outlook, they're much more clear.

Quick start - low barrier to use

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: We are better at keeping notes of conversations and emails all in one spot by using casepeer. Our client communication increased and client satisfaction increased with the ability to text or email directly from Casepeer in a way that kept the conversation within the file.

Pros:

Even new employees who haven't worked in law before have very little trouble figuring out how to use Casepeer in very short time. We also really loved that there wasn't a lengthy onboarding time (a common problem when switching case management programs). Texting and being able to have clients e-sign documents that are then auto uploaded into their file was especially useful during COVID.

Cons:

It isn't as user friendly from a mobile device or tablet. This is unfortunate as sometimes I need to be able to access cases while traveling and would prefer to use my ipad and not have to travel with the laptop. But I really had to think hard about what I liked "least" as overall Casepeer has been top notch for us.

CASEpeer

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: I use CASEpeer throughout my day to track client communication, records retrieval and contact information.

Pros:

CASEpeer "Tasks" help me manage my daily responsibilities. I rely on the automated and manually entered tasks throughout the day. Additionally, the ability to communicate with clients through the platform is essential because some clients prefer texting. Finally, the CASEpeer team is always quick to respond anytime I use the Chat function.

Cons:

We have had the product since 2019 and the price continues to increase.

Great but could use some work

5.0 last year

Pros:

Its very easy to use, and self-explanatory.

Cons:

litigation folder is really sub-par. Its not really useful at all outside of plugging in information. Deadlines are not self-calculated which is very important when it comes to trials and deadlines. It can really be better, its far too basic. Also, there is no way to get a full case list of open files - like a folder where all the open/close/etc cases can be found. You have to search by name which is ok if you have a low case count but could be an issue when there are more cases.

CasePeer Review

4.0 2 years ago

Comments: This program helps our office manage our clients and stay up to date on each case. The tasks are very helpful to keep all staff on the same page. The text messaging feature is also very helpful with clients.

Pros:

This program is very user-friendly. When issues do arise, the support staff is very prompt and helpful. The reports are also very helpful.

Cons:

The templates could use some improvement so that it can pull information from multiple tabs as needed. I would like a little more ability to arrange sections on a tab how it is best use for me - such as being able to move events to top of litigation page. The calendar could use some improvement as well.

Making my workday easier!

5.0 2 years ago

Pros:

I like a couple features on casepeer but my favorite would be the texting feature. I really like that I don't have to use my personal phone and I don't have to always call the client for small things like asking them to sign a document I emailed to them or an address to somewhere. I also really like that when she send photos it automatically uploads to photos, it saves me a lot of time! I find CASEpeer to be very easy to use and very efficient. We use it daily in our office.

Cons:

I don't like that I can't edit my notes because I'm not an admin. Sometimes I have typos and I don't like having to always ask the office manager to change it especially since she's very busy.

A breeze to use

5.0 2 years ago

Pros:

The product is easy to use and for the most part self-explanatory. I love that you can send documents for signature to the clients via e-signature. You are also able to create templates that can be emailed to not just clients, but adjusters as well.

Cons:

I don't like that you can't send a client via the text portal a document or photo. I also wish that the cost tab was easier to use, I have had training, but I was still left with unanswered questions.
