Innovative way to recognise
Comments: This is the first organisation where I’m using WorkTango & it is a very good experience.
Pros:
Easy & creative way to appreciate & recognise colleagues in a busy work environment that brings smiles.
Cons:
More incentive opportunities can be introduced
Recognize, Reward, and Connect
Comments: Overall the WorkTango platform serves a great purpose and works for the intended need. I'd recommend using it for organizations that want to drive employee engagement/connections with each other.
Pros:
WorkTango is a nice platform to recognize and reward colleagues. The options for providing direct recognition and also the "high five" option to add-on to other people's posts makes it easy show your value for team members.
Cons:
There are some parts of the platform that could be improved upon. For instance, when building goals/milestones for tracking, it would be great to set "quarterly" goals without having to enter in the first and last day of the quarter. The platform at times can be a little sluggish.
Decent experience with a good range of features
Pros:
It is nice to have a performance management and a rewards and recognition system all in one platform. The Outlook plugin is nice too.
Cons:
It would be nice to have some additional export functionality and some more flexibility. It is a pretty modern platform but still pretty narrowly focused into their way of doing things.
Very User Friendly
Comments: Overall, I enjoy utilizing WorkTango. Staff seem to appreciate that it's very user-friendly. We utilize this with managers as well as state agencies that look to see feedback with staff, and it makes things very simple to show with data.
Pros:
I love how user-friendly this program is! Nearly all of our staff are able to access it without assistance. On occasion, the app does crash, but it is usually resolved by signing back into the app.
Cons:
No real complaints. There are a lot of notifications, but that is just part of it.
Enhancement to Our Existing Recognition Vehicle
Comments: The implementataion process could have used more hand holding and documentation. Overall, we are happy the platform and have incorporated it as an enhancement to our existing recognition vehicle.
Pros:
The integration into our Microsoft Teams exisitng "Kudos" channel.
Cons:
The value of 1 point being 1 penny. I suggest increasing the points value.
