> **Cons**: If there is a need to transfer your program due to system upgrade or replacement, it is very difficult transfer your software with all of your saved products/inventory. Customer service provides the bear minimum amount of assistance.

> The EZ Power POS is a great software and very easy to use unless and until you reach the need to transfer your saved data from one computer to another. It can beccome very confusing and the customer service is equivalent to none at all.
