> **Pros**: I like the simplified look of Toast Payroll and how easy it is to sync everything to the POS. Being able to easily go in and manage employees' information and make information manageable for their managers. I love that you can easily create a careers website and have some customizable features to showcase on the company's website. They answer customer service calls in a timely fashion not ever on hold.

> **Cons**: Nothing is really customizable. There are specific reports that HR has to pull on a monthly or weekly basis and it is not easy to create reports with Toast. There is not flexibility with security permissions. Recruitment is not an easy process and does not integrate with other job boards other than the careers website for the company. The onboarding experience is nice for adding new users but it is difficult to create onboarding packets for different roles and you cannot add in fillable pdfs or other information that will flow into the employee's profile. Also, the signature feature for onboarding could use revamping. There is no place to add in quick notes about employee's to keep a running log. Also, it is hard to open an employee's profile and see their lifecycle at the company and why separation occurred without going to 20 different places to get the full story. Customer support is not that great either, they will answer your questions, but the solution typically is that they are not able to do what is asked and it's typically something that is a common ask for HR needs.

> Overall, a 2/5 stars due to some easily accessible features but not really having the flexibility or ease of use that would make using Toast worth it other than the fact that it integrates easily with Toast POS.

> **Pros**: Has all of your tax forms, I’d, info, pay stubs, and hours all accessible if you are able to find it.

> **Cons**: Extremely glitchy and hard to find different bits of info. It’s all there, it’s just a matter of figuring out how to access it all. Not a navigation friendly site.

> **Pros**: I absolutely love that in this one app I can do everything that I need to do for human resources. From employee onboarding, to payroll to employee scheduling. It has saved me a lot of money .

> **Cons**: Sometimes I think less is more. It's great that toast payroll and team Management covers all these responsibilities, but sometimes I think it's just too much. And maybe be easier to have someone else do payroll. Also if there's a glitch or some kind of technical difficulty, then the whole system is down and then I do not have a backup one.
