> **Cons**: I attempted emailing an individual from customer support multiple times after they reached out to me but never got a response back from them. For a moment, I started to think that the company was not a serious product but the situation did get resolved after several days. 

All of my other interactions with them were positive.

I have got few responses on the job postings but I haven't got a perfect matching candidate.
I get quick applies from the candidates but unfortunately because of their irrelevant skill set I couldn't move forward with anyone.
I really enjoyed the portal, easy job posting and fast responses.
I can give 9/10 rating for the job posting portal Betterteam.

> **Cons**: Not close to an ATS at this point. Betterteam needs to build out some rudimentary features such as editable e-mail templates, recruiting workflows, and hiring team collaboration to even be considered an ATS. Right now it's fine if you're using a spreadsheet to track candidate process for a limited number of open roles.
