### "Clunky, glitchy, cumbersome, not at all robust." — 2.0/5

> Pros:  It does what it needs to do: sends out emails and tracks which subs bother to click the response button.  
Cons:  Everything is manual, cumbersome, and not terribly intuitive.  Setting up a project, selecting the trades involved, then assigning subs by trades is a bulky chore with unnecessary steps.  Want to send an addendum or mass email?  After you write it up, use the clunky interface to attach any files, then attempt to send, it will reset and default to the first alphabetical username and to the first addendum or email of that project.  You can easily spam your subs with confusing duplicate/outdated information from the wrong source if you're in a hurry.
Subs often comment that they don't receive the invitations because they go straight to junk or get stuck in company spam filters.  Response rate to the bid invitation (clicking the button) is less than 10%.  I often have to re-send the document link when I call subs to follow up.
There is no help file for this program.  Well, there is one, but there's nothing in it.
BidGenius regularly hangs up, freezes, and crashes doing mundane tasks, like assigning CSI codes to a sub.  I have yet to have it successfully export a CSV report to Excel; it hangs and crashes every time.  I am constantly needing to re-pack the database and call customer service weekly.  
Customer service is very nice and responsive, but I'd rather have a system that works reliably.
