Amazing. Quick to respond to questions.
Pros:
Govenda makes organizing Board meetings easy and simple. The CS is outstanding!
Cons:
The need to post separate Pdfs. This makes it sometimes difficult when posting large documents

Overall, I have to say I’m pretty happy with Govinda
Pros:
Simple to use an easy access for all other members of our board to get documents
Cons:
Sometimes things don’t process as fast as I would like it to

Pros:
Govenda is an easy-to-use platform that helps to keep meeting agendas and materials organized! As an administrator, one of my favorites are the features provided to set up meetings - it allows for a quick, easy and efficient process and maintaining updates to agendas and documents is a breeze . . . Govenda has thought of everything and continues to improve format! Thank you!
Cons:
Nothing to complain about here - if I find something frustrating or thinking a feature could be better - the support team at Govenda listens and thoughtfully will update or enhance a feature based upon suggestions and/or input.

We have had a great experience with tool. All our board meetings has been successful and this has positively affected our productivity. It is very flexible and user friendly.
Pros:
It has great integration capabilities. Integration with tools like Microsoft 365 promotes a streamlined workflow that helps ensure a great board management processes.
I also like the software customer support which is very intuitive. It has a 24/7 customer service support.
Cons:
Govenda has been a seamless tool. It helps us manage all our board with ease and efficiently without problems.

"Enjoyable Experience Using Govenda"

My experience has been most enjoyable. The system was easy to learn and always user friendly. Customer service is awesome and readily available.
Pros:
It's user friendliness most of all. We have Board members who have been totally on board for hard copies only. Once we introduced Govenda and they have seen the easy access, 24 hours, and its user friendliness, our turn around for sending out hard copies has decreased. You can imagine the down time for administering this task!
Cons:
My dislike is a matter of preference. I would like the option of setting margins block style.
