SuiteDash has made us better

Comments: We started with SuiteDash by using the customer portal functionality. Then, we discovered the powerful CRM, and and now we're fully implementing the project management and automation capabilities.

Pros:

I love the customisable dashboards, robust project management tools and comprehensive client relationship management functionalities; SuiteDash has streamlined our workflows and improved our team's efficiency.

Cons:

Because the software is so powerful, there is a learning curve. Thankfully, there is a strong and supportive community and a comprehensive suitedash academy.

Comments: The tutorials are detailed and easy to understand. I’m more of an artist than a business-type brain, so getting all this set up means I don’t have to worry so much about the nuts-and-bolts stuff.

Pros:

That pretty much everything I need to run my business is all in one place and works together, and all with my own branding.

Cons:

There is a lot to set up, but that’s because of all the processes it takes care of.

Slow & Old / Bad Customer Service

Comments: Non at the moment. Moved to Agiled same features.. new UI... updated stripe ...

Pros:

This is real honesty! SuiteDash has the features that my business needs. It has everything I could ask for. SuiteDash is really open sourced and amazingly customisable from branding to workflows. Features that SuiteDash has is not seen on other CRM systems I've tried and.... I've tried a few.

Cons:

Alright here are the bad things. In the UK and EU ... SCA came to force. SuiteDash has been telling me for over 7 months that they are working on the Stripe Upgrades. Been told it will be done in few weeks, or days. Nothing for 7 months and stoll waiting. My clients payments been getting declined and had to manage payments over the phone. This really annoyed me because they are rolling useless updates instead of something that's really important. Secondly, the UI is old... ugly... hard to use... and slow. Like slow like proper slow. Like 10 seconds to load a page..... I have 200Mbs speed broadband.. and its still slow. Maybe work on server and UI to be honest. Projects: Okay I do like the projects however, it's back and forth between client details, invoices, project and tasks. It's not in one tab... like go into project to see the client details.. assigned invoice to that project... like it's so all over the place thay I'm wasting time going back forth. Subscriptions: Great feature as I deal with recurring payments a lot. However, when a client doesn't pay and the system tries for 3rd time it cancels the subscription. Which then neither me or the client can reinstate the subscription. I have to create a new subscription invoice to activate a subscription. Also when it's cancelled, it's not moved into archived subscriptions. Just is in the list in red with all the active ones as well which is annoying and not needed. There's more to be honest.

Hi Leone, just wanted to let you know that SCA for Stripe is now live! We have been working on it in the background for quite a while as you say - there are many more scenarios to cover than you might realize (We use our own built-in subscription engine, so we needed to cover the recurring transactions also - again, this may not be obvious, but there is a lot there) Many more improvements are actively on the way in just the areas you identify as challenging! Comments: I am still learning to use the platform to its potential, but it is extremely versatile and powerful. You get literally everything you could ask for to run an online business in 1 product, and customer support and forums are responsive and helpful! Thank you Suitedash for being awesome!

Pros:

I love the LMS feature and the scheduler that is built in. Honestly, I have used Ontraport, and the value this brings is the same areas make it worth every penny 10x!

Cons:

I wish it was easier to learn some of the stuff, but after considering everything it can do, they actually work really hard at making it succinct. It is ULTRA powerful, so once you learn it, you become a powerhouse!

I went for Suite Dash because its extremely comprehensive with everything required in one package.

Comments: I went for Suite Dash because it’s like having everything under one roof. It helps me organise my whole process, from sales to project management. My customers can log in, and everything’s in one place, making everything so much simpler for them and me."

Pros:

So here are the pros based on what we use the software for. We use the software daily by myself and our team: It's reasonably priced, so it's great value for what you get. It's a really versatile and powerful tool, covering loads of business needs. It’s an all-in-one platform, so you don’t need multiple bits of software. You can white-label it, so it looks like it's your own product. It has solid CRM and email marketing features; you can create websites and landing pages It's handy for document signing and customer portals. Excellent customer support, just an email away with the same-day response. Note that we are using the paid version and find it value for money.

Cons:

So the Cons: Because it does so much, it can take a bit of time to get the hang of it, and it can also take time to implement the software processes. The landing page and website builder are a bit basic, but they do the job. The end result will still look good; it's just a matter of putting it all together.
