Each week teachers assign a small number of students to get help during the school day in a dedicated support time. Teachers and students needed a tool that would easily assign them to a room and teacher, while keeping track of the assignments and notifying teachers of potential multi-booking conflicts. We also take attendance during this time, and we needed a system that could both track attendance and notify parents when students did not attend. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], were and continue to be, outstanding to work with as they listened to our needs and built a custom product that delivers on all our requirements.
