> **Pros**: Generally, the software is intuitive as pertains to the genre of physical therapy.  It will lead one along to the proper steps for creating flawless billing and medical record keeping.

> **Pros**: Our doctors say its the best open to close productivity tool that they have ever seen.  we have started scheduling 20% more patients a day because this allows them more one on one time

> **Cons**: If I have to find something I would say the scheduler but really even that works fine its just not perfect\!

> We had lost a couple collection reps and really needed some help fast.  We reached out to Medica and within 15 days we were back up to speed.   This is full service and on top of that I checked around a lot, their price couldn't be beat and Medica offered more\!  My favorite part is when I need something and I call I actually get to talk to someone in the USA
