I am one of the original Solex customers 2010, which Vebra live upgrades by paying £5000k update and support monthly thereafter in 2014, then came Vebra Alto2019, again paying for the upgrade..
It was the original support team which kept me with Alto, good people, like \[sensitive content hidden\], to name a few…

I am truly sickened by this company, and a few months back was even told if you don’t like the company why done you move….
Is that the attitude to take…

I sent message after message over this non repield too, until the last min, where they said just sign the contract and you can use Alto..

Why is it when you complain as things are not right you are been awkward or troublesome… very unfair.

> **Pros**: The demo made it look like you could do everything you needed for a lettings company and the time-saving element would be brilliant.

> **Cons**: it did the opposite. You have to go to multiple different tabs just to get a tenancy set up. The demo is a gimmick of what it can be if you spend even more money and go through their training programme. or spend hours going through training videos on every single tiny piece.

> Alto is probably the worst system I have ever agreed to and I would never, ever go with them again. We also got told our price would not increase for the 24-month contract. 7 months in and we get a price increase. Truly shocking service and I don't understand how companies like this can make money.

> **Pros**: It is set out in a easy to manage layout.  There are many colours which helps with distinguishing categories.

> **Cons**: There are a few features that lag, or don't work effectively. I have contacted my enquires to alto help and they said they will be able to sort it out for the future.

> **Cons**: Everything from when we signed on the dotted line..... no support, training a few videos and the lack of features resulted in lost business

> Was sold the dream by the sales rep and had nothing but trouble features missing and very slow loading they tie you into long term contracts be careful
