> **Pros**: The product is very intuitive and inexpensive. Our supervisors were able to use calls in their weekly training and quarterly reviews within a few days of deploying this product.

> **Cons**: The best support agents live in Italy (company headquarters) which is a large time offset for US West Coast. We had some difficulty getting this software installed but it has worked flawlessly since then.
> 
> Great product for our needs. Our call center supervisors and manager have immediate visibility into any reported issues and use the recordings for training and counseling.
