Es ermöglicht Stakeholder sich einfach einzubringen und reduziert deren Arbeitsaufwand erheblich. Für Admins bzw. HR erlaubt es Appical den gesamten Prozess und angrenzende Prozesse wie IT-Bestellungen zu orchestrieren. Für mich ist der starke Fokus auf die New Hire Experience einer der größten Vorteile. Da Appical ausschließlich auf Pre- und Onboarding spezialisiert ist, bietet die Lösung aus meiner Erfahrung deutlich mehr Möglichkeiten als viele allgemeine HR-Systeme in diesem Bereich. Positiv sehe ich außerdem die Integrationsmöglichkeiten mit Bewerbermanagement- und HRM-Systemen. Dadurch lässt sich der Pre- und Onboarding-Prozess weitgehend automatisieren und Medienbrüche werden reduziert. > > **Cons**: Das man Führungskräfte immer noch überzeugen muss das Onboarding schon nach Vertragsunterschrift beginnt und sie sich dabei schon einbringen sollten und nicht erst ab Tag 1.
