Was hell from day one with Azuga\! > > **Cons**: Customer service is terrible. Most of the employees don’t know anything about the devices, kept shipping us wrong devices. Also at the last month of the session the units completely stopped working resulting in 10s of thousand of dollars in fines from my subcontractor in no GPS tracking. Ping rate is terrible. Could plow a whole site and it wouldn’t even update. When they first sent the units they didn’t even have the right wiring diagram.
