Can restrict to just department or accounts that they they manage. Each month I create a forecast, containing combinations of imported actuals with future months as budget. The future months then edited to what managers think will happen, to create a forecast. Can have monthly to prior year and fixed budget while in an account Data Sheet, so can easily see how your forecast compares. Simple to close a forecast to create a new one. And lock prior months as necessary. Bonus is the search field. I can look for something in Actuals scenario, that is easy to find than in our accounting software. Also can run better reports on Actuals, than our accounting software. Support is great, direct help form \[sensitive content hidden\] the founder himself. Implementation was pretty easy, considering we have 2 companies, multiple departments and require consolidation. We use Budgyt monthly. Very easy to import and export data to our accounting software. > > **Cons**: Can't think of anything\! Maybe just when I clone a scenario and deactivate the prior months formulas, I can't edit even the future months HR formula because there are annual limits that are used.
