Comments: It's been good.

Pros:

Communication and speed of notifications. Functions available to both agent and list.

Cons:

The amount of bad intell not being scrubbed and charged; I also do not like the fact that an extra charge is being assessed if we choose not to be a company or corporation for texting purposes. If I wanted an LLC or S corp, I would have one; being forced to or pay a penalty is absurd.

Comments: We refer to CINC as the gold standard of CRM's. Nothing else out there like it!

Pros:

I love the customer service! Anytime I call I am greeted with the friendliest agent! They are so kind and helpful. If they don't have the answer to my question they get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible. I have never been let down. You never have to wait long either!

Cons:

Sometimes the dialer goes down and the connection is bad.

Comments: I hope things turn around or I will probably drop CINC.

Pros:

easy to see and communicate with clients and prospective clients.

Cons:

lead quality has slipped dramatically over time.

A competitive advantage

Comments: My sales rep, onboarding rep, success manager, and continued rep are what keep us here. Having a subject matter expert on demand for our team and brokerage growth is what a CRM service provider needs to do and CINC accomplishes that.

Pros:

It has every feature I was searching for in my CRM use, coupled with the best CRM customer service staff I have ever worked for. Better than KV Core, Command, Sierra, Liondesk, and others.

Cons:

Its indepthness can be complicated for someone new to the CRM and RE language. High-end users will love it because it works without the non-essential items being in the way.

The look and feel of the website. And the CRM is the best I've used out of several

The costs are too expensive for the conversion rate. It's not a 10x return or even close
