When I tried to call during a very busy time to get this fixed (we are seasonal), I got stuck in the "sales force" continuous loop of BS, only to get frustrated and have a survey sent to me moments later that has NO WAY of contacting a real human...and only really lets you give them kudos. What are we actually teaching the next generation?
