From the very beginning, their devices rarely worked properly. We experienced constant issues with tracking our fleet — the core reason we got their service in the first place. Every time we raised the problem, we were told it could be fixed, but nothing ever changed. Despite ongoing malfunctions and a total lack of usable service, they locked us into a long-term contract and refused to let us out. Over the course of five years, we spent over $15,000 on a service that did not function as promised, making it a complete waste of money. Titan GPS has proven to be inflexible, unhelpful, and completely unwilling to take accountability for their non-working product. If you're considering them — don’t.
