> **Pros**: Whilst it's not the prettiest bit of software out there, it is easy to use and the functionality is more important than looks. Having it locally hosted means i do not have to worry about a 3rd party holding my customer info and therefore no worries about GDPR

> **Cons**: Difficult one there, we use a lot of the features of CRS, but have hardly scratched the surface of its functionality

> From booking in to booking out, taking payments and helping us track repairs, it has been amazing. As with any bit of software there are some minor bugs, but an email through to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and it's sorted (reported a bug yesterday in the stock system, today fixed, just over 24 hours\!)
