Semrush I signed up to try out the platform, but after testing it for just one day, I found the interface unnecessarily bloated, confusing, and overly complicated to navigate for basic tasks. Since I was well within the initial 7-day trial window, I immediately reached out to cancel and request my refund based on the policy promoted at signup. Instead of honoring it, their customer service refused my request on the spot. They pulled out obscure, hidden policy exceptions that were never made transparent upfront and flat-out told me: "No, we cannot refund you." When I tried to explain the situation and hold them to their advertised guarantee, support completely rejected and dismissed my concerns. There was zero effort to help, zero accountability, and the customer service representative was completely indifferent. They gladly take your money, hide behind fine print when you try to leave, and provide the absolute worst support when you ask for fair treatment. If you are thinking about testing this tool, be warned: once they have your card details, they will do everything in their power to keep your money, guarantee or not.
