Plexum worked throughout the weekend to fix it, even though the problem had nothing to do with their software. I got a call at 4:00 am on Sunday morning that the problem was fixed and we were back in business. No other company would have given that kind of support\! I have been a customer since March, 2015. I will never use another software\! We had made due with other companies but finally decided to invest significant time and resources to make the move to Plexum. It was nearly 10 times as expensive as other companies we had used, but the product seemed like it would really help to improve our business and simplify processes as we grew. Wow were we wrong\! From the start, we realized the documentation was extremely difficult to understand and many of the options we hoped to utilize were not even available or didn't function properly. We had Paypal checkout issues and irritated customers. Customers can't reset passwords, leaving them locked out of their account and never returning. The option is there, but it doesn't function. Response time to issues would be days, if we would even receive a response. We continued to limp along under false hope and false promises. Once you are tied in to a company it is extremely difficult to make a move. Our company offers over 700 different items as well as having dozens of independent sales consultants. By the time we left Plexum it had nearly destroyed our business.
