Commercient Gets the Job Done
Pros:
This app does what it needs to do. We sync our data between sage 100 and Salesforce. We have been up and running for a couple years now with minimal issues. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and response time is good. I would recommend this company if you are looking to sync data between salesforce and ERP.
Cons:
The initial set up and development took longer than originally planned, and I would prefer the sync to be in real time versus every hour.
Seemless integration of our P21 data to Zoho CRM
Comments: Easy to work with and very responsive.
Pros:
The integration was fast. Validation of the data transfer was efficient.
Cons:
Will have some future work to do in order to join more tables so the data that is transferred is more valuable to the team.

We were never provided usable data .. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND US
Duplication errors between CRM and ERP
Comments: Had a issue with Duplication matching and [sensitive content hidden] in Customer Service took the time to guide and show me the correct way to fix the problems.
Pros:
Ease of implantation and customer service
Cons:
Support Documents don't always help with the problems.
Integrating Salesforce + Sage = More visibility and more selling
Comments: For the most part, the Commercient sync is entirely hands-free and required very little effort from our business. Any technical issues or requests that we have are handled quickly.
Pros:
Commercient is extremely professional and thorough in the work they do. We have been customers for over a decade and have always experienced top-tier service and support.
Cons:
Fourteen years ago, we integrated Sage + Salesforce, but we did not choose to utilize the native Salesforce "Parent/Child relationships" between our Salesforce custom objects. This is something we wish we implemented from the very beginning - it allows for sharing permissions to be applied at the record level based on owner. At this point, it would be a major overhaul to implement that parent/child relationship.
