> **Cons**: Crisp often doesn't send our support team's responses to our users, and when we bring this up with them it takes a lot of arguing and persistence for them to finally fix it.&#10;&#10;This causes our customers to think we've ignored them, its a really big problem, especially when we're trying to offer great custom support.

> **Cons**: Crisp gets quite expensive if you need more than 5k user profiles. It becomes $95/month for 50k profiles and then $295 for 200k profiles. Once you exceed 5k profiles, you can start looking at the likes of FreshChat and Zendesk.

> It was good enough for our startup phase, but we quickly outgrew them. I would still recommend them for any company running lean.
