> **Pros**: Outcome of work in this software is extremely important for PUC business. For me it has extra value cause it helped me to understand better PUCs operator daily work as well as a lot of knowledge that i have received.

> **Cons**: Nothing to add here. Of course as any software there is place for development of new features but this is something that comes from operators. Those people should be listened.

> I was not so much involved with this module however I could see from PUCs operators how it is important for them.
