EAM optimizes maintenance processes and supports linear, vertical, distributed assets, rental and sales. Manage asset groupings, PM schedules, work plans. Ability to manage distributed assets at scale which are spread across 1000s of sites.

Pros:
Louisville Water Company deployed KloudGin both for mobile asset management for vertical (above ground) and linear assets (underground). We like KloudGin: 1) Cloud-native Field Service & Enterprise Asset Management SaaS solution with deep utility industry specific functionality Native Mobile app which is easy to use even in most complex scenarios by all our field crews across all departments. This has contributed to address the core problem of user adoption in the field. Single high-capacity scheduling and route optimization engine for both short (customer service) and long-cycle (asset maintenance and construction) work. KloudGin open APIs and Integrations to Oracle Customer Care & Billing, ESRI ArcsGIS, Single-Sign, Oracle e-business suite R12. KloudGin relentless focus on customer experience is unparalleled compared to our other vendors. KloudGin is easy to implement, manage and easy to use in rugged conditions in the field operations even in offline mode. Since its pure cloud product, it has helped us eliminate costly upgrades, patching and helped us focus on our business user needs and innovate.
Cons:
I will like them to open their cloud data warehouse to 3rd party BI tools. I am told in their future release they will be allowing it.

Comments: Well built cloud based platform, supported by a dedicated team onshore and offshore, that provides both a desktop and mobile interface for everyone in the company.
Pros:
Scheduling engines are very visual. Customizations are readily available to meet business requirements. Support is readily available via a real person and support team.
Cons:
Amount of clicks for data entry can create a slower user experience.
Quick Enough to Use for Disaster Response
Comments: Positive. They really wanted to help us succeed.
Pros:
Our sales person stayed with us through the whole implementation and has become a friend that I rely heavily on to this day. He knows the software inside and out and has experience with business management, so it was easy to discuss what we were trying to solve.
Cons:
Very customizable and at times that can become overwhelming.
Feature rich and ease of use.
Pros:
Great reminders and task updates with Realtime updates. Easy invoicing and billing system. Effortless usage of the software. Any new person can easily learn in one day.
Cons:
The software can improve the customer support. The software must also accept the feedback from the users.
