We're still dealing with payroll tax issues that they created during the onboarding process- and they're blaming Gusto- and Gusto is blaming GoCo. When seeking support online their responses are usually a link to a page on their help site. They seem to get more responsive as their renewal comes up, and all of a sudden they want our feedback.
