Many functions available if you are willing to pay beyond your base rate. As they have settled into their new platform , responsiveness has been very good. > > **Cons**: pay per click structure; emphasis on AI integration; schedule navigation; reporting requires excel or other software for customization; Inability to send specialist referrals via secure mail without an sms token. > > Tab 32 has increased their responsiveness to customer tickets. I cannot still get over the hurdle of decreased functionality unless agreeing to a 30% price hike while under an existing contract. But for new users this may not be a stumbling block. Highly recommend that you READ YOUR CONTRACT. Apparently just because a function is offered does not mean that it will be continued unless specifically written. I have increased by 1 star as I truly believe that they mean well, but just not a fit for my office.
