> **Pros**: vFairs helped us manage the exhibitors, sponsors and registrants for a full-day conference with more than 54 workshop sessions and 650 attendees.  Our payment system was complicated, and vFairs was always able to make the customizations that we requested.  The customer support from the project leader and the developers was terrific -- they were always accessible and quickly responsive.  The product was a great value to us for the cost.

> **Cons**: The dashboard, menu and reports were not as intuitive as they could have been and sometimes we wanted to extract information from the system when there didn't seem to be an easy way to do it on our own.  When we asked vFairs team, they were always able to help.
